3 reasons why Nintendo prob won't sue palworld
1. its popularity, its just too popular on steam, and if they do sue basically at least 50% of the players will be mad at Nintendo more then cancelling a smash tournament!
2.how many pokemon really resemble other pokemon? sure like 5 are really close, but there are hundreds more!
3. it might be too different, pal word has mechanics that pokemon never introduced in 90 years of game history
so pal world fans can sleep safe knowing that the game won't be sued!
also there is some ip law stuff but that's only if they sue in America so I didn't include it because most of this site is French

And also the real reason they won't sue is because the game will die off in half a year like Among Us
Anyway, the ones that are really close are pretty bad, like the Primarina mesh

Don't know what they were smoking with that idea, literally could've hired a fakemon designer, there's like 700
Also the games are different genres, Palworld is way closer to ARK than it is to Pokemon
