Madrid Drive 3 Route?

While I was looking at my footage from racing on Madrid Drive in Mario Kart Tour, I found a bunch of unused paths that are blocked by fences, They could hint to Madrid Drive 3's route, IDK what the route could be, but here's a screenshot of the layout and the unused paths: https://i.ibb.co/Q9PCrt7/md.png the white paths are used, but the grey paths arent.

There's also an unused variant of the music which could be a hint

I watched the video that @NqthanG90YT put on the message and I went went on the conslusion that Madrid Drive 3 will look something like the light-grey path on this :

the unused variant has a museum version of the song, i uploaded the track with the most accurate layout, so it might be added in a future tour, like singapore speedway had it's chinatown theme until it took a while for a tour to have the third variant that includes the chinatown section

I saw a fully modeled art museum blocked by a fence, pretty sure they wouldn't put effort into something that isn't even part of a track.
