Daisy because she can RD (Reverse Drift) and Snake+she is good.

Use Daisy's stats, maximum speed and handling allow you to reverse drift and snake effectively which are vital for going ultrafast and are good in Grand Prix mode (which I never really use as it's much more fun to go online or do Time Trials imo).
