Help with fixing a sprite

Hi, I'm tryna use Toni's SMK Wario sprite to make a reskin of him but I can't import into MKPC, it's saying there's too many frames.

I tried every single possible fix I could, even using hoppingicon's format for the frames and it still said it was over 24.

Can anyone fix it?
