I thought getting a coin I the second slot is impossible if I already have one in my first? But I just pulled only coins for an entire race (besides a single Horn). I even pulled 2 coins out of a double block multiple times in that race https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/ . That never happened to me before. Did I miss an update or was I just extremely unlucky?

You probably were using custom items and didn't realize it

That could be custom items, but that can also happen when there is mega lag going on throughout the race
