En 2019, nous avons été contraints d'annuler le Bouclier Européen, le tout premier tournoi international de Mario Kart PC, suite au forfait de l'équipe des Îles Britaniques. Un traumatisme qui nous suit encore aujourd'hui... 
Mais aujourd'hui, après presque 4 ans d'efforts, nous avons suffisamment développés le compétitif du jeu pour lancer notre première compétition majeure !!! Nous vos présentons : le MKPC Tri-Nations !!! Ce tournoi s'inscrira dans la lignée des Mario Kart World Cup sur les jeux officiels, et sera leur équivalent sur Mario Kart PC !
Le Tri-Nations, comme son nom l'indique, opposera un total de trois équipes nationales. En fonction de l'évolution de la communauté et du cercle compétitif, les équipes participantes seront amenées à changer. L'objectif est de diviser la communauté en trois équipes de niveaux équitables.
Chaque "pays" aura 2 semaines pour former une sélection officielle. La sélection doit respecter les critères suivants :
-avoir un membre "fondateur/capitaine". Bonus : il est possible d'élire 1 ou 2 membres "sous-capitaines"
-avoir 6 membres minimums, et 12 au maximum.
-l'ensemble des membres doivent avoir Discord et 13 ans au minimum (sauf exception).
Pour être éligible à une équipe nationale, un joueur doit remplir l'un des critères suivants :
-sa nationalité compétitive sur MKPC doit être d'un pays membre de la région qu'il souhaite représenter (exemple : être du Canada vous permet de représenter les Amériques).
-il possède au moins une nationalité d'un pays membre de la région qu'il souhaite représenter (être binational France-Chine vous rend éligible pour la France et l'Eurasie).
-un de ses deux parents et/ou quatre grand-parents possède au moins une nationalité d'un pays membre de la région qu'il souhaite représenter.
-il ne doit pas déjà être sélectionné par une autre équipe qui participe au Tri-Nations.
Les différents représentants annonceront leurs rosters définitifs sur le serveur Discord de la MKPC Pro League.
Le format du Tri-Nations 2023 sera le suivant :
-les 3 équipes nationales vont êtres réunies au sein d'un même groupe. Dans cette poule unique, chaque équipe affrontera deux fois les deux autres, pour un total de 4 matchs joués, et 6 pour l'ensemble du tournoi.

But today, after almost 4 years of efforts, we have sufficiently developed the competitive game to launch our first major competition!!! We present you: the MKPC Tri-Nations!! This tournament will be in line with the Mario Kart World Cup on the official games, and will be their equivalent on Mario Kart PC!
Tri-Nations, as the name suggests, will have a total of three national teams. Depending on the evolution of the community and the competitive circle, the participating teams might have to change. The goal is to divide the community into three teams of similar levels of competitiveness.
Each "country" will have 2 weeks to form an official selection. The selection must meet the following criteria:
-have a "founder/captain" member. Bonus: 1 or 2 "sub-captain" members can be elected
-have a minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 12.
-all members must possess a Discord account and be at least 13 years old (with exceptions).
To be eligible for a national team, a player must meet one of the following criteria:
-their competitive nationality on MKPC must be from a member country of the region they wish to represent (example: being from Canada allows you to represent the Americas).
-he has at least one nationality from a member country of the region he wishes to represent (being binational France-China makes you eligible for France and Eurasia).
-one of his two parents and/or four grandparents has at least one nationality from a member country of the region he wishes to represent.
