Ranking Every Splatoon Series Boss Fight

#22: Octonozzle
The worst Splatoon 1 boss fight and the worst in the series, all you need to do to defeat Octonozzle is spray some weak spots around him and then climb on top to land a hit. Quite boring and gets repetitive quick.
#21: Octowhirl
Another Splatoon 1 boss fight, he rolls toward you, and you have to ink the ground in front of him to cause him to get stuck. Then you can land a hit. More engaging than Octonozzle, but he gives you ample time to ink the ground and, like Octonozzle, gets repetitive.
#20: Octostomp
Starting to notice a pattern? These are all Splatoon 1 boss fights. He attacks by faceplanting where you were. I say were because by that time, you're inking the side of him to climb on top and land a hit. He adds parts of him you can't ink on the second and third phases, but it's still easy and more repetitive than Octowhirl. I give him bonus points for being the OG boss and returning in every later Splatoon game.
#19: Octo Shower
Our first non-Splatoon 1 boss! This guy is from Splatoon 2's Hero Mode. He has a few different attacks, like a missile launcher, a hand-crank cannon, and one where he turns into a shower of enemy ink and tries to cleanse you. To get to his weak point and land a hit, you have to take out the Octocopters holding him up. A little annoying, so he goes this low.

I don't think ranking the bosses is a good idea. The campaigns aside from Octo Expansion are tutorial modes for beginner players. Octo expansion was harder bc you already bought the game for a while & they know they can remove the training wheels for once. Splatoon 3 is similar(second release on the same console), but not all the way there.
