maybe they use a bad PC  with a bad internet connection, that's why they're teleporting. fix your wifi

My WiFi connection are very good, maybe this guy have a bad connection but for me it is strange that he teleported so far away

There a difference between doing RD and teleporting very far, I knew he does RD

Yes, it's caused by lag. If a player lags too much, they can either be seen going in circles or go in a straight line for a specific amount of time, but in reality on their screen they're just racing normally, it's just on our screen that we see them lag and not race normally.

Once their lag ends, their position will update to what their actual position is on their screen, which is what causes the so called "teleport hack" that is actually just caused by a laggy player/server.
