Bring back Donkey Kong Jr (DKJr) from Super Mario Kart (SMK)

I guess Donkey Kong Jr. He's only in Super Mario Kart, and he's arguably the best character there. He was planned for MKDD, and was cut near the end of coding the game, so it would be nice to see him in newer graphics.

I'm probably the only person here who thinks this, but I personally want Paratroopa back.
I think that they should have been in every console game since Double Dash and definitely Tour.
