-Smartphone (same) Quite playable
-Tablet (same) Quite playable
-3DS (Internet app) Not recommanded to play on this device AT ALL!
-Wii / Wii U (Internet app) Not recommanded to play on this device AT ALL!

I mean, you can't play but you can access and talk on the forum, like for the Wii and the Wii U.
