If your android is dead, you can use a charger
If your android is broken, you can buy a replacement
This was one of the Android 4 phones...
Bruh you need a new one that was in 2012
...13 years old? No wonder the android boot crashed!
if it's DEAD dead, you can try replacing the battery, or backing up the data and putting it on a newer phone. you can probably take it to a T-Mobile or iFixIt, and they'll fix it for you, and/or upgrade it with new parts, so it'll run Android 13 (and above) fine!
I've never really tinkered with androids before, mostly PCs, but if a software is damaged, I already know the only way to replace it is either a new OS or a fresh boot of the same OS.
Do a fresh boot of the same OS, or replace it as a last resort option

Nexus launcher (aka YOUR HOME MENU) is dead, lotsa stuff is broken... so I need a new device. At least I have an iPad and a PC capable of Android emulation. I also found a funny sonic short.
Edit: So today I found out the android is SOMEWHAT useable but the big issue was the bootloop that resulted from home being broken. In other words, I just need a new launcher. I might just get a new android phone or emulate it on my laptop.

try formatting the device in the boot menu.
