Being online and having determination is an advantage but it's not enough. I applied since 2020-2021 and was not moderator until the very end of 2024, even if I was motivated and active. It requires a certain maturity, a critical spirit, common sense, and also you need to be 13 in order to access the Discord server (which none of you are). So I'll be sorry to announce that most of you all, if not you all, will probably not be chosen for moderators.

as a senior moderating moderator of moderation department officer i get a pretty decent earning out of it.
This is also the product of the length of my service as i've been doing this for a while now. There's is much more than money in it though as you really get to make connections with some of the top athletes and personalities in the world like LEBBRRRAAAN JAAAAYYMMMEEES . For a senior representant like me you do make a comfortable living out of it

Being active doesn't mean you would make a good mod and to be frank, I doubt any of you would enjoy being a mod due to the large amount of petty reports and other issues. I'm not even a mod and I can see how often issues like that come up.

id like to be a mod too but... to me its rather a lot. To be fair its somthing that would look good as a show but not for me im just some random kid that found this game trying to find a "offline free" version of Mario Kart. And im good at the game ill give you that but being a mod is not exactly my type.

I already see, with all the rediculous reports and other plain trash the mods have to deal with, plus racist/inapropriate nicnames that appear almost every day, mods have it hard.

What do you mean
It's not just about banning, it's about taking decisions, working together as a team, being a role model, handling arguments, etc. It's more than what you guys think it is.
