i call it the H parady so its where blue green yellow white r solved and red orange have their middle sides out in this case red on orange orange on red

That's not a parity. Parity is when you get cases on other cubes that you can't on the original Rubik's Cube. Something like that is easily solved, in 4 moves no less.
Hold the cube so that the pieces that need to swap are on the top and bottom, then do these moves:
