after you have downloaded it open your file explorer
and open the file

minecraft will open
wait then at the top of the screen a message will show to say you that the file is succesfully imported

press play
press create new then press create a new world
Press Resource Packs, open the Available tab and the Owned category, and then press the Activate button

Press Behavior Packs, open the Available tab, and then press the Activate button on the matching Behavior Pack

take a zombie spawn egg in your inventory

place it and try to ride it like a donkey
now you can play mario kart
