They just stay on the forum all day, not even playing the game. I feel like people universally agree on this. I've seen this problem mentioned countless times on the website. Not to mention the word "forum" isn't even in the name of the game.

Genuinely. Many people has been talking about this, it's a problem and I hate it. I want to solve this so bad but I can't really do anything about it other than just complain.

Don't get me wrong here, I wholeheartedly agree with what you're saying, but I feel like there's not much of an incentive for people to play the game. Base game is half-decent at best, online mode can be disgustingly toxic and the track making scene is off-putting (even for more experienced track creators such as myself).
I think a good starting point, rather than attacking the users who are solely here for the forums, would be addressing the issues with the game. As of late, the moderation team has done a pretty good job at making the online scene more inviting for new users, though I feel there's still work to be done with fully curbing the toxicity.
As for track making, and this is something I think we can all do as a community, support smaller creators! You don't have to like the track, but giving constructive feedback ( i.e. not saying "THIS SUCKS 1/5" and not bashing the creator for using a less powerful drawing software ) really does help small creators go a long way. I would also advise to not start beef over track ratings if someone rates your track lower than you yourself would rate it, even if said track is otherwise well-received. Most people on this site are children, and seeing older members start a fight over track ratings is going to seriously deter them.
Oh, and if you want some good tracks to play, well, me and Ashleigh are working on a new CTGP! We have almost half of the tracks required to release it, and I'm also making some new tracks, both nitros and retros, so that'll give you all something to look forward to!
I really do believe that there will be a lot more people playing online if we work harder as a community to invite and support newer creators!
