I'm not sure if it's ok to report bugs on here, but I don't know where else to write this.
I made a 4-cup multicup, and later edited one of the tracks in the 4th cup. When I added the "new" 4th cup back into the multicup, it was there in the multicup maker, but not on the cup selection screen in the game. I had to completely remake the multicup

make it so the lobby can vote for player collisions to be on or off before an online race starts and make it only have to vote every 3 or so games so it doesn't get all too annoying (can be changed in custom online races)
It should just be permanently disabled in online. It doesn't function properly with lag.

There needs to be an update to the Item Distribution because I got hit by 3 Blue Shells within the first Minute of a Race in Grand Prix. Then Right after I finally start moving Again I get Pow'd, then Red Shelled.
What you asked for is already in the game and what you described is literally impossible. There's already a rule in place where chaos items (
,

) can't get pulled within the first 25 seconds of a race. Additionally, there is a 30 second cooldown until those items can be pulled again.official track staff ghosts that could count as achievements?

You can already do this with challenges, just make a challenge where you have to beat the track in X amount of time in Time Trials.

There... surprisingly isn't an official topic for bug reports. Should probably get made.
Anyway, what you're having is not a bug. When you update a multicup, you have to press 'Edit sharing' and then hit the Share button again. I have no idea why it's like this, it's super weird. Wargor moment ig
