There is now a new Mario kart world update that's free that adds SNES tracks excluding Rainbow Road and Bowser Castle and some others like Vanilla Lake 2. I already raced on vs mode with 4 of the tracks.

You Can Just Play Them On VS Mode
(For Example If You Choose Choco Mountain You Can Choose To Play On Choco Island 1 Or 2 Aswell)

By the way, those tracks were actually there from the moment it launched; back then, you could only play them if you pressed a p button, and they were tributes (By the way, I made a track for the KB1 tribute version; it's a bit outdated, but you can play it if you want https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=213507

I knew that but I'm confused that they didn't have a chance to make GBA tracks as tributes as well too
