This is my first topic ever because, i'm wondering why dose each player have different stats if CPUs will just have the perfect stats then us? it makes no sense to add all different ones if there better.

I believe its to make you improve an prepare you better for world championship competitions .
It makes it hard to win races at the beggining but your hard work will pay off.
i suggest that you put the difficulty of the CPUs on impossible in order to feel like the game is easy when playing online.
Learning reverse drifting will also help you alot , i believe that it will take you a few days to master it but you will be a totaly different player.

Please don't speak for everyone when you don't even know about that kind of thing, I don't really think he's negative, I don't really see him as a friend since I don't know him much but acting as if you were speaking for everyone while you have no confirmation about that is annoying, I don't want to start an argument but everyone doesn't share your point of view, and it might be hurtful for the person to which it's directed.
