MULTICUP: Super Mario Kart: Horizons Deluxe

Super Mario Kart: Horizons Deluxe is a multicup that consists of 20 original SMK:Horizons tracks and the 20 reversed SMK:Horizons tracks. Expect some potential unlockable characters & new tracks happening soon.

Characters (as of October 30th): Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Toad, Koopa Troopa, Donkey Kong Jr. and Bowser.

Even so, you guys could request and/or list which of the 8 most wanted characters should be part of the "Wave 1" unlockable characters.

Didn't mean to double post but some characters like Wario, Donkey Kong, Daisy and Waluigi would have a higher chance to appear here, but I'll give more 2 more slots so there will be 10 characters wave each.

Will some characters like Paratroopa, Dry Bones, Hammer Bro, etc. will make it in? Also, what would the new tracks be?

You'll have to see who's who in Wave 1 in due time.
Racetracks however, would be unique with Mario Kart R (SNES) palettes and no, I'm not using the Mario Kart R's layouts as they're basically too similar to the base game with cheap shortcuts.
