Annoying behaviour is the stupidest reason to be sanctioned for. Sanctions happen when people break the rules, being "annoying" isn't a punishable offense. Even then, there's nothing wrong with this. Someone made a report, and he asked for evidence, which is a reasonable thing to do. Without evidence, a report is automatically invalid

However, this report suffers the same issues as all your other reports: you're going out of your way to report messages from the past. These aren't things he's doing now, they're from months ago.
