I don't think reporting accidently will get you banned.

For some reason being banned, hacked, and reported is a verbal mistake. I'ma just make the definitions rq.
Banned - Someone is prevented from doing cirtain things by a moderator.
Report - You take a screenshot of an innopropiate situation and put it on the report topic.
Hacked - Someone logs on, illegally to another account, possibly doing things on the other account.
I don't think he got reported by accident, no one went on the report topic.
