The term "Border hopper" basically came because there were a lot of Mexicans and people from Latin America crossing the border. Fun fact. Illegal anime sites aren't always illegal. Eg. crunchy roll, it does a lot of bad bs to get the anime which I would consider illegal. Another example is zorox.to which (idk if its taken down) is in the gray area because it's popular enough to have caught the attention of the anime studios but it is not being taken down even though it's technically not legal due to DMCA.

I'm going to be honest right now, it is an opinion. Parents need to educate their children is a fact, for instance. But saying a MK Youtuber is the best ? Definitively an opinion.
