My records on CCB tie with five records in a row. Is it just a coincidence, or something happening?

I've had the laptimes 33.333 seconds and 33.833 seconds on MK7RR in MK7 multiple times while trying to beat the staff ghost Mizuki, so I am assuming it is the same kinda thing where everyone's game can only run at a certain amount of time, just don't know how to explain it, or maybe you just use almost the same exact inputs and don't know it
