Ah, Mario RPG representation, something that the actual Mario Kart roster needs to have.
Great roster, even if it is on the small side. (I hope Steve isn't Waluigi Wiggler levels of overpowered though)

The title says it. But there are some rules.
1. It has to be made using https://benshoeman.github.io/Roster-Maker/ (Yes, I know it's supposed to be a Smash Bros. Roster Maker)
2. It can have 8-48 characters on the roster
3. Maximum number of guest (non-Mario) characters is 10 (you can add Nintendo characters, third-party characters, and even fourth-party characters if that's what you want, just no OCs or recolors) (WarioWare, Donkey Kong Country, and Mario RPG characters do not count as guests and do count as Mario characters)
4. idk just do whatever you want with your roster as long as it follows these rules
