What about this one, it’s hard: De_ _ _ _ _ _ _. It had one appearance in an old GameCube game, it’s super obscure and you see it late in the game, and considering the difficulty of the game, it’s very hard to see.

The game was released in 2003, and while there were other series instalments (1990-2004) this was the only one to have the character. Here’s a big hint, this was the only character introduced in that game. The game in question had an arcade counterpart and every single character except this one was introduced in the arcade game and ported to this game, apart from this one.
