Hey Racers! It's been a while, hasn't it? I'd like to apologize for the radio silence over the last few months, I've just been so busy with other non-mariokart things going on, that I've barely been able to dedicate any time to MKPC.
That being said, I am still dedicated to being a part of the MKPC community, which includes continuing to develop MMGP+! This post is basically just to let everyone know that I am not dead, MMGP+ is still ongoing, and that the content drought (technically) ends today!
Introducing the first of the MMGP+ Cups, the Red Star Cup! This will be the third new cup in MMGP+, and the eleventh overall. As such, it features some of the more harder new courses:
• Blooper Inc.
• Sunset Isles
• Koopapalooza
• Cascade Museum

Originally, the plan was to release all 8 MMGP+ cups at once at the very end. However, I think releasing one cup at a time, like I did for MMGP, is more fun.
There's no unlockable character available yet for this cup, but I can confirm that unlockable characters are planned for each of the eight MMGP+ cups, in addition to a bunch of others! Anyways, more on that at a later date...

=== Announcement - SNES Ghost Valley 3 ===
Hey Racers! I know it's been a while, but unfortunately things have been so busy lately, I haven't been able to spend nearly as much time as I'd like working on MMGP+. However, I am still working on this project, and as proof of life, I have the next Classic Course ready to go: it's SNES Ghost Valley 3!

I wanted to get creative with this one, so this remake does fare quite differently from its original counterpart. Once more, I was able to make use of these handy new Rails!
I'll keep you guys updated as I complete more of MMGP+. While there may be longer to wait now between more content, I promise I still have completing it on my mind!!

=== Announcement - N64 DK's Jungle Parkway Megafix Update ===

So it turns out my remake of N64 DK's Jungle Parkway was, as the kids say, "unimaginably broken", but thanks to everyone part of the MKPC Generations Project, I was able to fix most of the issues!
• Removed a Wall in the cave that was preventing shortcuts.
• Fixed Walls in general around the course.
• Fixed a bug where you could accidentally drive past the cannon and back onto the track below
• Fixed various Checkpoint and Hole bugs.
• Removed an awkward wall segment where the Cannon overlapped with the track below.
In addition, I made some extra visual changes:
• New Background in the Cave Section.
• Regular Backhground now moves gentler.
• Improved designs for Klaptrap and Zinger.
In addition in addition, the course now has an original music track! If you haven't heard yet, I'm slowly replacing all the music used in MMGP and MMGP+ with an original soundtrack composed by yours truly.
Anyways, that's all for now. I might shift my focus over to bug squishing for now, just to make sure my other courses are also up to code. Either way I'll be sure to post updates here!

In Mount Sherbet RMX on 2025-06-22 at 01:20:37Thanks!! :D I tried to distinguish pools you can drive in by making them a lighter blue, but it is quite hard to tell in-game, I’ll try making it clearer. As for the Jumps, they’re actually intentional on the stairs and sides of the slides, but I might remove the stair jumps.
