I think the courses themselves aren't that bad, but the walls & checkpoints mess it up, & these are probably stolen.

None of the Tour non-cities have the "Tour" prefix in 8 Deluxe, that's just a city thing. They added it a week after Wave 2, which means it must've been completed for a while.
