On Neo Bowser City, there is a bug with the first cannon that sends you "under" the track where get stuck on the bridge overpass. It happens with the CPUs, too.

Then maybe it was bad connection at the time or something because it's working now. Awesome N64 Waluigi Pinball remix by the way, shame they had to use the Luigi Raceway/Mario Raceway/Royal Raceway music for the actual track.
