Thanks to the new checkpoints update, a few maps have modified optional checkpoints: Koopa Troopa Beach, Yoshi Valley, and DK Summit. More to be updated soon.

Great to hear! Also I agree with you, but for an entirely different reason. I think it's fine that they're retro maps. But the issue is they're too long or blurry, the latter making it sometimes difficult to see where to go.

It does! One idea of mine is to make Cloud Tower from Winx Club with Icy, Darcy, and Stormy as obstacles (fire piranha plants)

Also, Andromeda and Marty the Thwomp can be unlocked when playing this, but they don't technically count as being part of the roster.

Andromeda is from Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls and Marty is a myth.

Fun fact: The reason they are unlocked is because Andromeda was originally a prize in MWGG and Marty's unlocked video was a prank.
