Go into each individual cup and look at the descriptions of each one. It's the credits.
Plus, SuperSwimmer submitted 4 tracks, all were accepted, but one of the track collab links didn't work. I would always make sure not all tracks in a cup are all made by a single person anyway.

@RealGamerGuy-YT the walls are not meant to be rails, they're supposed to replicate wall riding.
Also, tip: On the first outside straightaway, when you get off a rail, you can run into a goomba to prevent your speed boost from running off the track
