Thank you and this is the MKDS version which is an image from mariouniverse.com. I stopped to make these tracks since some time to focus on my own tracks and remakes but I will update some of the other tracks occasionally and fix some bugs. :)

But Lely is right in some ways hoppingicon. The only tracks I disagree with Lely is Mushroom Gorge (Because it's fine as it is) and Mario Circuit (Because cannons are better than warpers and the white outlines is the image itself)

Thank you so much for your feedback zed. I read the entire review about this remake. Yeah some shortcuts aren't really needed but they still serve a purpose to taking them and I think it's a good addition. Yes the pipes block it along with a hidden wall collisions so you don't get stuck with the pipe collisions. I do plan to add cones though. The path being confusing in the original version wasn't much of a problem for me. It was just how annoying it was to play with the boost panel placements and trick ramps and even buses so that's why I remade this track. Again, thank you for your feedback zed. ^^

Okay guys, first of all I'm sorry for not publishing a track for 5 and a half months. I've been lazy doing tracks plus if I start a remake, I normally don't have motivation to continue most of the times and this remake was almost one of them until I finally picked it up and tried my best to bring out a great remake. I hope you guys enjoy this remake. ^^

This is a very good remake. It took one of my favorite MK1(O) tracks and made it better in visuals and gameplay. The visuals are phenomenal, it's a huge upgrade from the original version and I also really love the decor. They look very fantastic. Even the gameplay is improved by a bit. I love the layout changes to this track and the moving water is very good too. I also like how the shortcut in the original version is included in this version. As much as I love the visuals and gameplay, there is some flaws I'll mention here.
1. The collision for the walls seems strange as when you take that first path into the tube, some of the lines are actually holes so that's weird and the ending cannon can shoot you down to the holes when you drift into the cannon so I would suggest it to be extended by a little bit.
2. The obstacles can be a little annoying with the cheep cheeps at the beginning and that goomba at the end so I would probably move them somewhere else where it's less annoying especially for the goomba.
3. The design is good but some areas can be improved like the first path boost jump, I don't recommend putting it right before the corner and for the split paths, I like that it's improved however some things can be fixed. The way to do the shortcut has been nerfed so it's easier but on the other hand, it saves much more time than the original version and any other routes save way less time than the shortcut which I like on the original version because it was very skill based and if you fail, you have to go on the other route which loses time and while the same is applied here, it doesn't feel as balanced. This is where I feel that it's not really your fault and it's more on the original track to be honest. My suggestion for that is try to balance the route and for the shortcut, if it's going to be easier, it should save less time in my opinion. Overall, despite these flaws, this is still a really really good remake and I love every single bit about it.
I'm giving a 5/5 for this remake, Mudky. Continue to make awesome remakes like this one. :)

Some tracks are wide, yes but they have a lot going on when you compare it to MK1(O) which has very wide tracks for no reason so I think the size for these tracks here are perfect and doesn't need changing at all.

One of the track creators deleted his MK8 track remakes and it was in the Mushroom and Flower Cup (The actual one, not the one that's shown) so that explains the 2 cups that is not there.

Thank you for your feedback. I like that you took time to write long feedbacks. I read all of it and I agree with everything you said. Yeah this remake is technically better than the original but it's practically the same just with minor changes and this was my first retro track and I didn't understand what "remake" meant so I made a port instead. Don't worry, a new version of this track is coming with much better layout, visuals and gameplay. ^^

Which is probably gonna take a lot longer than expected. Look I hate to keep delaying the remake but I really just seem to get motivated to actually finish the track. Hopefully in the upcoming weeks, I will finish my GCN Bowser's Castle remake.

1. The shortcut at the end doesn't slow you down, it saves a lot of time with a single mushroom.
2. The cheep cheep at the start wasn't supposed to hit the middle whatsoever. It was meant to just cross from the left area of the road to the right and vice versa. Also that's more on the behavior of the decor so me and hoppingicon can't do much about it.

I really like this remake a lot. It took possible one of the worst MKPC tracks ever and improved it by really really a lot. The layout is great, the visuals is amazing, decor is very good and fitting for the track and the gameplay is also really good. I love this remake but there's a few issues.
1. The wall collisions is good but in few parts, it could be better but it's still great for the most part.
2. The design is good however I would not recommend adding a corner right after the cannon for your future tracks.
3. That's probably just me but you can get immediately hit by the boulders if you go too far to the left or right of the road. I would add like 1 or 2 goombas in that empty left section. Other than that, this remake is fantastic and I love all the improvements you've made in this version. Easily one of my favorite tracks from MK1(L) and all your other complete mode tracks Lely. 5/5 for sure, awesome job Lely and continue to do really good remakes like this one. :)
