After roughly 3 hours of tryhard, Under Layer FINALLY completed! I gave up on that one years ago but finally beat it today after finding the optimal shock bagging strat, LLLEEETTT'SSSS GGGOOOOOOO!!! All challenges completed on this track, too! I only have the Nokonoko Beach challenges left then I'm done completing all of the Cog Cup's challenges!!! 8D

Yeah IK, it's just a bad track I published in 2016... Due to a bug, the game considers this track to be brand new but in reality it's 10 years old lol (it truly works best as a battle track than a racing track)
