if this glitch is working correctly, you should be in the Twilight House theme, but in a race

I saw this glitch somewhere, and I thought I could make a circuit out of it.

Hint: Yellow rooms are off-limits, but anything else is drivable (even what looks like a pit is drivable)

Race through this awesome blooper-filled course from Mario Sunshine, except the bloopers went extinct so the use of racing grade go karts is required.
