To answer the question on why it's always Playz, it's simply because Playz's tracks are at pretty much the very top of the "Top Rated" page. This applies to most stolen courses, because why steal something if it isn't good?
Occasionally, a smart thief will scroll down a bit & pick something from there. Bonus points if it's old, & even more bonus points if it's from a creator who is no longer playing the game. A bunch must have gone under the radar by now.

Only nitpick is that anti-gravity does NOT give you a boost. And there's some pointless extra stuff on tracks like Riverside, but this is probably the best version of this game I've ever seen
