The music plays fine in the menu, but when im in a race, no music plays. and yes, i do have music turned on.
What track did this happen on?
my own track with custom music
As they said, the video you used probably got taken down, or maybe the entire channel got C&D'd. You'll have to replace the music with an upload from somebody else for that song.
The video is up and the channel is too but i will try seeing if replacing it does anything
Ok, i figured it out. Muting youtube for some reason mutes the music in mkpc

Try exit the race and re-enter it, it usually works for me. 
I usually try this but now it does nothing to help
