A pilot is going to fly a plane around the whole world containing 50% of the fuel needed. Instead of adding more fuel like a normal person, he made 2 other planes. These planes can change direction and can give fuel to other planes midair, if next to each other. Only 1 airport was accepted for this mission, which means that its the Starting point, Ending Point, and Refuel point. How can he travel around the entire world without anyone crashing?

So there's 13 to begin with, if you put that in the bag you get more than 13, if you put x in the bag you get 13 × 3 which is 39.
13 + x = 39 so what you get when you put 13 in the bag is 26.
EDIT: It's rather simple once you realize that the bag isn't entirely telling the truth. It's just adding on the original amount to each time you use it. For example, if I had 17 coins, the first time I'd receive 34 in return and on the second time I'd receive 51, which is 17 × 3.
