The purple shell from beta mkds
If you didn't know (because who knows about obscure things like this) there was a file for a purple shell in the beta version of mkds. It also showed up in the item roullete. However it would not land on the shell, and if you modded the game to make it work, it would just crash.
So either the purple shell just can never be used, or using it crashes your game.

I've seen beta MKDS, and actually played it on DuMesMe.
Not to mention, the Chain Chomp crashes it too.
I didn't know they had that on emulators, I might need to check that out sometime.

its a template they put rigs over, they didnt animate it
As an animator, yeah the rigs are not his, but
the animation itself was done by him. maybe you could or could not be right, idk.
lowk didnt watch it until just now.. its not much of an animation since its like 5 frames cycled with the original version.. better than i expected tbh

In my opinion I think 3DS Rainbow Road is one of, if not, the worst rainbow road in the whole series. For one, it doesn't even feel like a rainbow road, they're meant to be this big final thing with constant twists and turns you never know what to expect next, and this just goes completely against that, feeling like a relaxing trip through space which it's NOT supposed to be!!! If they changed to a grassy like level and put it in the flower cup, it'd fit right in! Plus why call it rainbow road if a decent chunk of it isn't on the rainbow, there's moon and saturn parts which I don't get the point of, also erm actually saturns rings of made of like rocks and stuff so we shouldn't be able to drive on it.
So yeah I don't like 3DS Rainbow Road, I think the Wii and GameCube versions are better because they feel like what a rainbow road should be.
The 8DX version is even worse because it doesn't look like a rainbow, it looks more blue than anything, and also and anti-grav doesn't feel right.
