For multi-cups:
- a cup creator for arenas and the possibility of adding these arena cups in multi-cups
- possibility to change title logo in custom multi-cups
- possibility to change menu musics (title, character & course select)

I have mixed feelings about this.
On one hand,this looks pretty cool. On the other hand, anything that has to do with Pink Gold Peach makes me feel sick so yeah.
