Here’s an item idea: Yellow Shell
It would go with the green, red and blue Spiny shells.

Absence of Walls in Bowser's Castle Snes Tracks

Why are there no walls in the SNES Bowser's castle tracks? there should be walls but i'm able to just pass through straight into lava. This is not how it is in the original SMK.

Luigi (similar case to Mario's sprite):
Toad (no longer opens his mouth):
Koopa Troopa (eyes now look straight):
Hammer Bro (completely new sprite):
Toadette (same case as Toad's sprite):

Hammer Bro/Petey Piranha/Bowser Jr./Toadette/ podium sprites:
Note that Petey's podium sprite is bigger than the rest of the sprites

Sprites.
All of your sprites are good (especially Hammer Bro.), but I think that only Hammer Brother's one should replace the current sprite. Sorry Hoppingicon, but your Hammer Bro. sprite is atrocious.
I think that if we replace other current sprites with these, the racers will have less charm.
Map icons.
They are very good and deserve to be used, especially Hammer Brother's one.
Podium sprites.
All of them are great! I think they actually should be used.
Super Star theme.
I always liked the Starman theme from SMK more than the one used in MKPC and wanted the SMK version to be used in MKPC instead, so I support you here.
I think that Petey's map icon should also be reworked. I always hated it.
