It should be an EXE port pf MKPC, and will probably be called "Mario Kart PC Desktop" and works similar to Scratch.mit.edu's project editor: Saving to your computer, and loading it whenever you want to play or edit the course.

But then how will the guy in 1st lose the lead.There are ways it is possible for it not to be bad for 1st Place
1. If 1st place is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from 2nd
2. If they avoid it, E.G Falling off (With good timing), Mushroom (VEEEEEERY Precise), etc
