IlluZhion - Dark/Fairy
Ability: Wavering Soul - Doubles attack and defence, but attacks have -1 priority added to them (Since the idea is that it makes it attack last, this works better)(KO chance just isn't balanced)
Signature attack: Gothic Claw - 90bp (150 is too strong for an attack with such a minor drawback), single target, 10% chance to curse (50% is too much for an effect that powerful on a powerful attack)(Self KO chance will be more annoying than anything)

While I don't think you can join events, you can probably join lounge. People like Proudster and Lely participate in lounge without access to discord, they just join through DMs with other loungers. Just DM Fways to ask if you can join if you would like to, and he will probably accept you

I don't think so, since almost everything happens on Discord, anyway, apart from the main server, there were several underages on the competitive servers (MKPC Lounge, Mario Kart (O) by Fways, or the Pro League) like jujucamer (who is no longer underage since 2 months now lol), or Lely before he was banned from Discord
