1. Being able to unlock more cups in custom multicups and you could set which cups unlock other cups
2. Daily wheels you can get rewards from

5. When playing battle mode, add the option to pick your balloon color (the option won't be available if you're playing with teams)

The creator should have the option to make it so that when someone uses the feather, they wouldn't go over a wall

The inability to view the other one is most likely due to a display error, access permissions, or incompatibility between versions/devices. This is not due to any mistake on your part, but is usually a technical or configuration issue. While waiting for a permanent fix.
