Complete mode exists 
For the people who actually want to make tracks using a drawing software. I want to make better tracks using quick mode, and i'm pretty sure a lot of people would like that.
Sadly you can't. The quick-mode is self-explanatory, I understand how you feel, but we admins are busy these months and we try our best to entertain people.
If you want to make better tracks, just create a sprite montage and put it in complete mode.

Bonjour alors jaimerais remercier le createur du jeu pour ce jeu parce que il est genial je joue generalement sur tablette et les controles sont quand meme bons et c'est cool l'idee d'editeurs de circuit
Mais j'amerais aussi parler de quelque bugs que je me suis dit qu'ils pourraient etre corriger
- la fausse voite a objets ne proteges pas le joueur des carapaces vertes/rouges
- Des fois, le jeu me fait tourner dans la mauvaise direction
- Quelques fois les carapaces bleue n'ont aucun effet sur la cible (pas d'explosions)
- Quand j'appuie sur ctrl dans les air mon personnage tourne sur lui meme t j'arrive plus a le controler tres bien

1-Comme dans les jeux originaux, la fausse boîte à objets est translucide et donc ne bloque pas les carapaces!
2-Cela peu arriver en effet.
3-C'est un bug de position il me semble.
4-A ce moment là tu réalise une figure, comme sur MKWii, MK7, MK8 et MK8D. Tu gagnes un boost à l'atterrissage.

Can there be a cup for the not so fortunate people on the NORMAL Mario Kart 8?
The Mario Kart World Cup used to play on the Wii U from 2014 to 2016, then the World Cup passed on the Deluxe version since.
Why'd it get passed?

i recently heard of people making non functioning tracks. this is bad and insults the people that work hard on tracks like i do and the purpose of this forum is for people to report tracks that are literally just a map and that's it and similar things like that. I'm not trying to call anyone out in particular about this but actually try at track making. Some creators spend hours on their tracks (*cough* hello *cough*) and having people that just upload the map and don't do anything to that map, not even checkpoints, insults hardworking track creators.

yeah please stop these lazy tracks that are just garbage its stupid and unnessisary and it needs to stop. Flame is right its insulting. Please do something about this admins and don't let us down
