That's not stealing, that's just him making a quick mode version of Super Mario Kart. Also, you sound like you are trying to be the owner of Super Mario Kart.

here is some of mine
N64 and DS tracks this game is in 2d, not 3d.
complete mode that accepts any image and can exceed 1MB that might not be possible because of MKPC's limitations...
to fix the complete mode glitch that says it needs to be in png gif or jpg format when it already is
a more advanced quick mode i think its already good how it is.
and a draw mode in complete mode

there already is a forum for this but atleast there isnt a hell lot of suggestions!
my suggestions:
-report characters , report profile pictures, report tracks and report usernames (because they can be stolen or inappropriate, etc...)
-online mode waiting game (like tetris or super mario bros).

i would love other tracks to be added like tracks from MKwii and other games like mario kart 8 and mario kart 64
