I was really Hoping the Second Mario Movie was gonna have a Plot involving Wario and Waluigi, but I guess it won't.

It could still happen, SMB had the Kongs, Foreman Spike and Kamek, none of which were in the game - however, personally I think Wario and Waluigi will maybe be saved for the third movie, this film will likely introduce Junior and the Koopalings, and maybe Daisy as well, which is a whole 9 characters, not to mention Yoshi and Rosa have basically been confirmed
That's true. I'd rather them be in the 3rd movie where they have an important role than be in the 2nd movie and be a minor character.
I do have a theory that if they do add them to the 3rd movie, they will likely be teased at the end of the 2nd movie kinda like how they teased Yoshi at the end of the 1st movie. But this is all just speculation that could be wrong.

Cpu's CHEATING And road is broken

The Cpu's cheat in almost everyway i know of,
they get item's i almost never get, they rubberband so bad, and

You could have the 3rd place point total by the last race, and right at the end, you'll get passed by all the CPU's and be bombarded by every item and be in like 8th place so that you can't get characters
Bro the CPU's will even literally blow themselves up with a bob-omb right when you get near them so that you get caught in the aftermath of the explosion. >=(
It might just be a skill issue but I still hate them
All of those happen to me every time I try to get Link! Especially the Bomb one! They are so desperate to make us lose that they will even blow themselves up! That's Insane!

items is random, but also matters on which place you're in, 1st = banana 8th = star
I'm not actually sure if rubberbanding exists in this game tbh, but they are naturally faster so keep that in mind
and as for the last thing, your just skipping checkpoints and you need to go back to get them again
and the bots follow a specific path, so knowing the path for each track can be useful
I do have to point out that I've gotten Red Shells in 7th Place while CPUs have gotten Stars or Bullet Bills in 4th Place which is crazy. And They do get an infinite Speed Boost for some reason.
You either have to be a Pro at RD or you have to get Lucky to win the Gold Mushroom Cup.

That's a first. Usually Mario Kart Double Dash is the harder one to find out of all of the Mario Karts.

Each Character will be made using a Sprite Editing Website instead of using the Website I used to use! So they will look like something you will see in an SNES Hack!

You should try this Remastered Course. SNES Mario Circuit 1.
The Arrow Indicates which Way the Hill is Sloping. For this Course. The Hill is Sloping Downwards.

I want to Make SMK Tracks but with different Colors. But I don't know what Websites allow you to Replace the Colors with another Colors. EG Replacing Choco Island 2's Mud Colors with Water Colors.
