Learn how to snake (continuously drift left, then right, then left and so on), or learn to reverse drift. (way more complicated, ask one of the REALLY good players (not me) about it. Snaking is very easy to learn but hard to master.

Just use Dry Bones in TT mode lots to practice! I usually use daisy or toadette, but I like using dry bones as well 'cause he's my favourite.
