I'll give a small description in my own words.
Lakeside Park (Bad Future): A Sonic CD-styled twist on the 1st track of the Special Cup in Super Circuit.
SMK Pro: Donut Plains 3: It's from the ROM hack Super Mario Kart, Pro edition, so self-explanatory.
Bones Bay 3: Also another self-explanatory track. This one comes from the ROM hack; Sour Music Kart.

The Shiny Red Shell!
Acts like a red shell, but sends the target flying in the air for a while before landing. Essentially acting as a Blue shell lite with less stun time.
