Ok, i kinda want to do my own little collab multicup thing which has every mario kart track, (including snes, arcade and ns2 tracks)
Sorry to burst your bubble but you can not fit every track inside a multicup as you'll hit the limit (40 cups) before you get to every track.

I'd say 👻 Ghost Valley 3 is my favourite from the base tracks. I think it plays the best with this game's physics.

I like most of these except Toad and Toadette. I like their pogging faces, I'm kinda mixed on Koopa too.

Look at the second message of this topic. The message gets updated whenever a track gets accepted. (I double checked, all the information is still accurate.)
Though I feel like all the 'Work in Progress' statusses should be removed as alot of track creators (including myself) either took a break or haven't progressed in said track for a very VERY long time.
But yeah there hasn't been much progress lately besides Bowser's Castle

For anyone asking "Can I make ___?", you don't need permission to make a track. Just make the tracks you want to make and if they're good enough submit them here.

I think But Good is a great way to differentiate between the two, personally.
I like 'But Good' more than CTGP PC which is the official name, not only does it sound funny but also describes the project pretty well imo.
Edit: Name has officially been changed to CTGP PC BG because it's a better name as well as avoid confusion with CTGP PC Deluxe

Correct, there just have been alot less submissions since the initial hype has died down + judges have gotten more strict. Currently replacing some bad tracks so no new cups for a while lol. In other words this project is a very slow burn. Also most of the good track creators on this site are kinda dead atm, assuming they even would have interest in the first place.

As there's a limit of one person per cup I won't be reviewing the other 2 tracks yet though I can safely say that the city is gonna be a huge X

Only lost points to a few minor things:
Lack of variety in sections (more Nintendo's fault than yours but rules are rules)
The curbs (the white and red square things) should be road instead of off road
This isn't really a track with obstacles so that's not many points in that category, 1 point for that one cone on the first u turn though
And the track could use some more decor as there's only those cones and a couple pipes, nothing very exciting or interesting

I've gone through the ratings of each track and I noticed a few people rating the submissions 1/5 unfairly and without reasoning. Those who were guilty of 1 star trolling on multiple tracks have received warns (I won't list names but you know who you are). It's not fair for people's creations to have their reputations ruined for your own selfish reasons.
The rating of these tracks will not influence the results of the competition, so to those who have a submission and think giving 1/5s will increase your chances at winning you are deeply mistaken. Additionally, if it happens again I will disqualify your submissions. This has never happened in my 5 years of running a TBC, and I hope it never happens again.
On a more positive note, we've received quite a lot of submissions already, so thank you to everyone who has participated. We still have a bit over 3 weeks before the deadline. Good luck to all.

I already have two ideas that I think will be very creative, one has the main gimmick of kalimari desert and is inspired by one of the main things people think of mushrooms, and the other is a retelling of a classic Track, but with a twist inspired by a smash stage
Think it should be specified that remakes are not allowed. The layout has to be original.

Not only joking about that awful and horrible scandal is batshit enough (and a complete lack of respect for every single victim) but this forum is probably the last place to do this, considering the overall young ages we can see here

On a more serious note, there really is nothing wrong with jokes that have dark subject matters. People will and have always make jokes about everything, that's just human behaviour. People joked about Hitler during the second world war, it really isn't anything crazy. If you treat everything super seriously then the world would be a very bleak place.
I'd reccomend watching Jojo Rabbit. It's one of my favourite movies ever and I'd say it's a perfect example of joking about serious issues.
