Honnêtement, je suis étonné que WebFways (à peu près aussi fort que ZeKirio, et plus fort qu'InfiNate) et B_C (à peu près aussi fort que ByoT) ne soient pas présents en tant que capitaines! 
Au moment du choix des capitaines, Fways n'était pas revenu, voici pourquoi. ^^

Certains d'entre vous le savent, mais cette année 2020 représente le 10ème anniversaire du jeu. 10 ans, pour beaucoup d'entre vous, cela représente une grande partie de votre vie. Dans mon cas, cela représente la moitié. Et comme un 10ème anniversaire ne se fait pas tous les jours, nous avons décidé, avec d'autres membres du conseil de Mario Kart PC, de vous faire un cadeau.
Ce cadeau est assez inédit, aussi bien pour vous que pour Mario Kart PC: nous avons décidé de lancer une ligue compétitive sur le jeu!
Au fil des années, la communauté du jeu a bien évolué. D'abord composée exclusivement de français et de canadiens, quelques étrangers commencèrent à apparaître au fil du temps: suisses, belges, espagnols, et j'en passe. Le vrai boom du site a commencé en fin 2018 après l'arrivée très massive des américains. Suite à cette vague, de nombreux pays sont apparus sur le site: Royaume-Uni, Mexique, Australie, etc...
La communauté devenant de plus en plus diversifiée (et active) sur le jeu, nous nous sommes dits qu'il était temps de lancer un vrai tournoi, où chacun pourrait intégrer la communauté grandissante du site plus facilement, où chacun pourrait s'améliorer tout en s'amusant. Nous avons décidés d'appeler cet événement:
Comme son nom l'indique, il s'agit d'une ligue, d'un championnat, qui opposera les meilleurs joueurs du jeu, répartis dans 4 équipes.
Chaque équipe sera dirigée par un joueur PRO du site, qui est nommé capitaine:
-Celestial Guardians: @InfiNate (UK)
-Elite Squad: @ZeKirio (FRA)
-Mad Fishes: @Neemo (FRA)
-Upgrade: @ByoT (FRA)
Lors de votre arrivée sur le serveur Discord officiel du championnat, les admins jugeront votre niveau et vous donneront un label parmis PRO, Semi-PRO et Amateur.
Une fois un certain nombre de joueurs atteint, nous lancerons ce que l'on appelle la phase de "draft": pendant une semaine, les capitaines iront voir les joueurs pour tenter de les recruter dans leur équipe. A la fin, chaque équipe devrait contenir plus ou moins le même nombre de joueurs. Cependant, rien ne vous empêche d'aller voir les capitaines!
Une fois que les 4 équipes seront formées, nous lancerons la ligue.
La ligue regroupe les 4 équipes dans un même groupe. Les équipes s'affronteront sur un format aller et retour, soit 2 matchs contre chacune des 3 autres équipes, pour un total de 6 matchs sur la saison!
Les matchs se joueront le samedi après-midi et/ou soir uniquement! Sauf report d'un match.
La ligue évoluera au rythme d'un match par semaine minimum, à des heures strictes imposées par le staff.
Les règles concernant les matchs seront disponibles sur le serveur Discord.
Cependant la Ligue n'est pas juste une ligue, à la fin de chaque match, les performances de chacun seront enregistrés et on établira un classement à la fin de la saison pour déterminer le meilleur joueur général. Il y aura également la récompense "joueur de la semaine".
La ligue sera au centre des intérêts du site, un maximum d'info vous sera donné en temps réel: résultats, classements, etc...
Pour un événement pareil, vous vous doutez bien qu'il y aura des récompenses! L'équipe gagnante recevra un certain gain par tête, ainsi que des titres Discord. Le reste obtiendra des plus petites sommes de points...

some of you already know, but this year 2020 is the 10th anniversary of the game. 10 years, for most of you it's a big part of your life. For me, it's literally the half. And this we don't celebrate the 10th anniversary every day, we have decided, with some other members of the MKPC Council, to give you a present.
This present is quite unique, for both of you members and Mario Kart PC: we have decided to launch a competitive league in the game!
As the years goes on, the community have quite changed since the beginning. At first exclusively composed of french and canadian players, some strangers started to appear after some time: swiss, belgian, spanish, and so on.
The real boom of popularity of the game was in late 2018 when the game got flooded with many americans. Following this new wave of activity, new countries started to emerge: United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, etc...
The community being more and more diversified (and active) in the game, we, the MKPC Council, told ourselves that it's finally the time that we will launch a real competitive event, where everyone could join and enter the community more easily, and also makes friends and make progress in the game while having fun. We have decided to call this tournament:
Like this name suggests, it will be a league, which will oppose the best players of the game, reparted in 4 different teams.
Each team will be leaded by a PRO player of the game, and one of them is called a captain:
-Celestial Guardians: @InfiNate (UK)
-Elite Squad: @ZeKirio (FRA)
-Mad Fishes: @Neemo (FRA)
-Upgrade: @ByoT (FRA)
When you will arrive on the official Discord server for the league, admins will judge your skill and give you a label between PRO, Semi-PRO and Amateur.
Once a good number of players for the league is reached, we will launch the "draft" phase: for a whole week, captains will have to talk to available players and try to recruit them in their teams! At the end, each team should have around the same number of players. As a player, you can also go talk to the captain you like to join!
Once the 4 teams are made, we will start the ligue.
The league will put the 4 teams into an unique group. Teams will play on an home and away format, so 2 matches against the other 3 teams, to a total of 6 matches for the season!
Matches are played saturday afternoon and/or evening only. Exception is a postponed match.
The league will play with a rythm of 1 match per week, in strict hours made up by the staff.
Rules concerning the matches will be available in the Discord server.
But, the league will just not be a league. At the end of each match, the results of everyone will be saved somewhere and with that, we will make stats of every player, decerning awards each week!

-MVP of the season
As being the most important event ever organised, most of the council will be focused on it. A maximum of news and infos will be given by either this topic, the MKPC Discord server or the news.
Naturally, you can win rewards if your team wins the league! Expect many online points + titles in Discord!
