It’s because all of the DS tracks were modified so that the tracks didn’t overlap themselves (for checkpoint reasons).

Adding the feather would completely deter the way checkpoints work. They work differently here than in SMK.
On here, there are bars that yo must pass through to make a lap ( they're what you place when making a "complete circuit" )
Whereas SMK has one checkpoint - the starting line. All you have to do is cross the line facing a certain direction to make a lap.

Good morning/day/evening to all!
Firstly, I must say that I do not believe that I am deserving of this role; if I do end up getting it, it will be an absolute honour.
I have had this account since August 2018, so I am greatly familiar with the rules of the website, alongside its members. I have been told I am one of the most popular English players here (totally not flexing lmao).
I see myself to be strategic and logical when it comes down to problems. I consider likelihood and context before actions are made. I must say that I do lack the ability to include emotion in my judgements, however, I am a firm believer that if necessary actions have to be taken, then they should be, no matter how people feel about it.
I have a great knowledge on how to present and explain ideas and topics to people. This is due to the many vexillological and etymological presentations I have made in front of hundreds of people.
I have a great knowledge of the French language, having studied it for six years. I can hold conversations in French pretty well, although nowadays I am not speaking it as much as I used to. Over the past year and a half, I have been speaking French to the current admins, so they know my capabilities.
I have been recently trying to be active, especially with the new update. Most of my activity is making custom tracks, therefore, my activity helps others be active on the site too. I am fairly active on the MKPC Discord.

Je me vois comme stratégique et logique avec des problèmes. Je considère la vraisemblance et le contexte avant j’agis. Je besoin à dire que je manque la capacité pour inclure des émotions dans mes jugements, cependant, je crois fermement que si les actions nécessaire doivent être agissantes, alors il seront agissantes, quel que soit les avis.
J’ai la connaissance extensive de présenter et d'expliquer les idées et les topiques. C’est à cause de beaucoup de présentations vexillologiques et étymologique que j’ai présenté à des centaines des personnes.
J’ai aussi la connaissance extensive de parler le français, car je l’ai étudié pour six ans. J’ai écris ce texte français seulement avec l’enquête occasionnelle dans une dictionnaire. Je peux tenir les conversations assez bien, mais de nos jours, je parle le français moins souvent. Pendant une année et demie, j’ai parlé le français à tous les admins courants, alors ils connaissent mes capacités.
Récemment, j’ai essayé d’être plus actif, spécialement avec le nouveau MàJ. La majorité de ma activité est la création de mes circuits ; donc, ma activité aide l’activité de la communauté ! Aussi je suis assez actif sur le serveur Discord.

As someone passionate about custom tracks, I like it. I definitely think that this could heavily improve custom track design.
Although, this may arise things such as:
- to people begging for five-star ratings;
- alternate accounts being made to rate five stars on their tracks;
- stingy people who plays tracks without rating them (because they don’t want to give them the stars).
There’d probably need to be some protocol against these things, but otherwise it’s a really good idea!

3D would require a total reboot of the site. It would create too much data to store, and would take too long.

Not too bad ideas, however for the ‘massive tracks’ suggestion, again it would up the storage require to hold the data. Bigger maps, bigger data. Also, I don’t really see a point for diagonal starting lines.

Told you he finna roast me. Also I guess I have a reason to get him in trouble. Aren't the admins supposed to care about people and not yell at them? And how would I even be able to help out with the website. Gary would've loved to do something yet you always left him out and made him feel bad. So next time you accuse me of doing absolutely nothing give a reason how or why instead of being a child and pointing fingers without facts.
Yes, whilst admins have the responsibility to help others they must draw a line somewhere. They cannot just let everything suggested happen as it would result in a catastrophe of a production.
